South Grafton High School is a comprehensive, co-educational, New South Wales Department of Education and Training Secondary School with about 1000 students in Years 7 to 12. The school is located on the Hawthorn Hill area of South Grafton, on the Clarence River, in the Northern Rivers district of New South Wales, Australia.

"South High" is a major education centre in the Clarence/Coffs Harbour District, catering for a diverse range of students from city, rural and farming backgrounds. The school has modern facilities, with the original buildings opened in 1964 complemented by a series of new buildings and facilities.

South Grafton High School puts students first in all aspects of education, welfare and curriculum decision making. The staff of the school are very committed to the pursuit of excellence and are always willing to give up their time so that students receive individual attention where it is needed.
